- Office was closed when I needed to pickup car. No facility to enter confirmation number and receive keys - like other airports. Was re-charged more than original price. Car was heavy on petrol and needed more frequent filling up. Staff were indifferent and unhelpful.

- In Italy you have additional costs all the time in the final invoice. The car was very bad washed. Outside and inside(glasses). I took pictures if needed. I tried by the way to call Budget Pisa airport for one hour. No chance to speak with someone. I tried to phone to Budget Bologna airport. No chance there either.
